In the half-century since he was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1962, Atty. Antonio Viray's career has taken him from litigation to banking – two fields in which he has excelled and for which he has gained a distinguished reputation.

After graduating as Valedictorian in Associate in Arts from the Colegio de San Juan de Letran, he finished his law studies from the Faculty of Civil Law of the University of Santo Tomas, leading his class as Magna Cum Laude. He passed the 1961 bar examinations, earning a place in the top twenty passers. Following his admission to the Bar, under the auspices of the Ford Fellowship Grant, he earned his Master of Laws degree from Chicago's Northwestern University – School of Law in 1963.

He has had a long working relationship with our Firm, having started his legal career as a litigation lawyer for Feria, Feria, Lugtu & La'O. He later embarked on a 22-year stint as a thrift banker, from which he retired as Senior Vice President of the Philippine Savings Bank (PS Bank).
